Structured financing to European Venture Capital Companies and Alternative Investment vehicles

This closed-end collective investment fund provides financing to Spanish and other European Union venture capital entities and alternative investment vehicles, known as "underlying entities."

The management company may reinvest the returns generated by the fund, and the possibility of co-investments on equal terms(pari passu) between certain investors and the fund is contemplated.

The investment policy is based on diligence and prudence criteria, using valuation methodologies aligned with recognized industry standards, such as IPEV and Invest Europe guidelines. The fund does not promote specific sustainable objectives.
