We originate, structure and execute off-market real estate transactions that allow us to offer highly attractive investment opportunities.

We act as the local operating partner, coordinating and managing real estate investments for all types of investors: local and international, private and institutional.

Our team has more than 35 years of combined experience in the real estate sector in the Iberian Peninsula and more than 70 successfully completed transactions with an aggregate value of €2.5 billion in real estate assets in recent years.
