Beka Finance, with the purpose of investing in SMEs in Iberia, creates a closed-end vehicle aimed at investing in Search Funds. A vehicle that gives its investors the possibility to invest in high-value, small-sized companies, managed by experienced investors in a diversified manner.

The portfolio will be composed of a selection of searchers and SMEs in Iberia, plus a limited percentage in Europe, taking advantage of Beka Asset Management's extensive experience in investing directly in unlisted companies.

Beka Asset Management has extensive experience in private equity investment, which it hopes to leverage in its support to entrepreneurs.

Optionality

By investing in the search phase of a searcher, the investor obtains the preferential right to participate in the acquisition of the company, when it takes place, but without an obligation to do so. If the investor does not wish to participate, his search capital is returned to him at a premium.

Risk Limitation

The final diversification of the fund's portfolio into approximately 15 companies, with a maximum exposure of 10% in each, is key to limiting risk.
