INFORMATION COLLECTED AND ITS PURPOSE 

The information we collect is necessary for the establishment of contractual relationships and/or to provide you with information about activities, products or services related to THE COMPANY. 

We inform you that the personal data provided by the client or interested party, as well as those that could be provided in the future within the framework of their relationship with this COMPANY, refer to:

Purpose: contractual relations.

Information of the following types of personal data may be collected: 

• Identification and contact information. 
• Information required for the prevention of money laundering, including banking and financial data.
  
• The information required by stock market regulations for the evaluation of your investment objectives, knowledge and investment experience.
  
• Information derived from transactions in financial instruments or investment services in which THE COMPANY has intervened.
  
• Identification codes or passwords for access and operation within the COMPANY's systems.

Purpose: commercial activity and other communications.

The personal data collected are the identification and contact data necessary to send the information. For example, by way of example but not limited to: name, surname, postal address, telephone number or e-mail address, depending on the indications on the preferences of reception of the interested party and available delivery alternatives.

Communications about activities, products or services may be made by any means, including electronic means. The interested party must authorize the sending of commercial communications explicitly, by marking the corresponding boxes, in any of the data request forms, for example, those included in our website.

Purpose: communication of data to other Beka Group companies.

In the event that you give your consent, the COMPANY may communicate your data to other companies of the Beka Group that provide other types of financial services, so that they can send you, directly and without the intermediation of the COMPANY, information about financial products and services, economic news and periodic market information.

PRESERVATION OF DATA

The personal data provided will be kept as long as they are necessary to respond to the contractual relationship, to respond to requests or requests made, and in any case while the deletion is not requested by the person concerned, as well as the time necessary to comply with the legal obligations that in each case correspond according to each type of data. The interested party may exercise their rights at any time as well as make a request about them. 

Based on the obligation derived from the Law for the Prevention of Money Laundering and Financing of Terrorism, THE COMPANY will keep the personal data for a period of 10 years from the termination of the business relationship.

TARGET 

The possible recipients to whom THE COMPANY may deliver personal data are: 

• Public and private organizations and institutions to which there is a legal obligation to provide them.
  
• Third-party service providers with whom a processor contract has been signed.
  
• Beka Group companies for which you have given consent.

We will not give your personal data to any third party company that intends to use them in their direct marketing actions, or similar activities.

RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY

Any person has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not THE COMPANY is processing personal data concerning him/her. In relation to the data obtained and subject to their availability and exceptions where limited by applicable law, you are granted the following rights:

• Right of access: the right to be informed of and request access to the personal data we process about you.
  
• Right of rectification: the right to request that we correct or update your personal information when it is inaccurate or incomplete.
  
• Right to erasure or suppression: the right to request that your personal data be deleted.
  
• Right to limitation of processing: the right to request that the processing of all or some of your personal data be temporarily or permanently stopped.
  
• Right to data portability: the right to request a copy of your personal data in electronic format and the right to transmit such data for use in the service of a third party.
• Right to object: the right to object to the processing of personal data by the controller in the following cases: the data are processed on the basis of a public interest mission or legitimate interest, including profiling or the processing is for the purpose of direct marketing, including also the aforementioned profiling.
  
• Right not to be subject to automated decision making: the right not to be subject to decisions that are based solely on automated decision making, including profiling, where the decision may have a legal effect on you or produce a similar significant effect.

Finally, we inform data subjects that they can file a complaint related to the processing of their personal data with the Supervisory Authority(www.aepd.es).

INTERNATIONAL TRANSMISSION

In some cases, it is possible that THE COMPANY may have to make use of the services of third parties established outside Spain. Should this case occur, THE COMPANY assures that the data will be sent to countries with an equivalent level of data protection to that of the European Union or, if this is not the case, it will use the mechanisms provided for in current legislation to have the client's consent or authorization for the transfer from the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

MINORS

We do not allow minors to register on our systems. Parental or guardian consent is required in order for minors to be provided with the services offered by THE COMPANY.

SECURITY

THE COMPANY has adopted the necessary technical measures to avoid the alteration, loss, treatment or unauthorized access to the personal data provided by the user. However, and in the event of any improper access to the data that could involve serious negative consequences for the interested parties, THE COMPANY will inform the interested parties within a reasonable period of time so that they can adopt the measures they deem appropriate, and if necessary, the AEPD will be notified.
